Isolation and Identification of some Species of Bacterial Pathogens from Musca Domestic and Test their Susceptibility Againts Antibiotics

The current study was conducted during the period from beginningof October 2016 to April 2017 isolate and diagnose bacteria on theouter surface of domestic fly (Musca domestica) determine thesensitivity bacterial isolates against antibiotics using differentagricultural mediums. Insects were collected three sites in Tikritcity which are: vegetable market, butchers market sheep sheds. 50samples each site. Bacterial obtained fromthe external insects subjected morphological andbiochemical tests API 20 E system used for diagnosis.153 isolations belonging 9 species .Escherichia coli reached 36 that prevailed rest thebacterial with an isolation rate 23.5%, followed by Salmonellatyphi 32 20.9% , Proteus mirabilis 31 20.3% .Staphylococcus aureus has 25 16.3%. Klebsiella pneumoniahas 11 7.2% Shigella spp 7 4.6%,followed Citrobacter freundii 6 3.9% ThenHafina spp. Has 3 1.9% Serratia marcescens only twoisolates 1.3% .The results showed highest contamination thevegetable is 92%, then sheds 88%, finallyButchers 86%.The Gram-negative tested sensitivity 8 typesof antibiotics, E.coli resistance both Erythromycinand Ceftriaxon 77.8% while S.typhi Amikacinand 53.1%, P.mirabilis resistant Tetracyclin by64.5%, 57.14%,K.Pneumonia Erythromycin 72.7% ,C.freundii antibiotic Trimethoprim +Sulfamethoxazol 100%, Hafnia 33.33% toChloramphenicol, Finally, Ser.marcescens 100% toErythromycin.The Staph.aureus 5 types ofantibiotics Vancomycin 80% .
